A corporate client is not buying a show but a solved problem. So we take on what normally falls to the organiser: clearance with the venue, fire safety, timing with the host and work with sound.
The New Year season is a story of its own. December in Georgia is overloaded: venues, performers and equipment go a month and a half ahead. For a December evening, book in October.

Cold sparklers
Spark fountains for an executive's entrance, a ribbon cutting or a product launch.
Burning logo
A frame carrying your mark or name. It burns for about ten minutes — enough for the climax and the photographs.

Night shooting on fast glass: material for the report, for social media and for internal communications.
How it proceeds
The approval path
Brief and quote
Date, venue, the job of the evening. In return, a proposal with options and an exact figure.
Contract and invoice
We issue the paperwork. We work with legal entities by bank transfer and provide all closing documents.
Technical preparation
Rider, clearance with the venue and, where needed, a site visit and rehearsal on location.
The event
We perform to the running order. Where required we stay for several appearances across the evening.

Documents, halls, running order
Do you work with legal entities?
Yes. Registered sole proprietorship with small-business status: contract, invoice and closing documents. Payment by bank transfer to a business account.
The event is in a conference hall, fire is impossible.
We run the LED programme. For halls it suits better: no haze, no smell, no ventilation requirements, and a synchronised, vivid picture.
We need appearances at several points in the evening.
Standard practice. We split the programme into two or three appearances: guest arrival, climax, finale. Timing is agreed with the show director.
How far ahead should we book December?
October. December is the busiest month of the year; by November almost no dates remain.
Can you travel to another city?
Yes, we work across Georgia. Logistics are calculated in advance and included in the quote — nothing is added afterwards.
