We publish the ranges we work to. The exact figure depends on the venue, the length and the team — but the order of magnitude is clear immediately.

Prices are for a performance within Batumi or Tbilisi. Travel across the country is calculated separately and fixed in the quote before signing.
What drives the price
Four things the figure is built from
Understanding them lets you move the budget in the right direction without losing the impact.
Team size
The main multiplier. Four artists give a dense routine; eight give scale and geometry visible from the far edge of the site.
Length and appearances
One ten-minute appearance costs less than three blocks across the evening: the latter keeps the team on site all night.
The venue
Open flame, LED, or both. Enclosed halls require the LED version, and some venues need a site visit and approvals in advance.
Add-ons
Cold sparklers, burning initials, filming the night. Each adds to the total — and each is what turns a routine into a script.

What gets added to the programme
Cost depends on quantity and venue — we give the exact figure in the quote.
Cold sparklers
Spark fountains, safe indoors. First dance, the cake, an executive's entrance, a ribbon cutting.
Burning initials or logo
A metal frame carrying your letters. It burns for about ten minutes — enough for the climax and the photographs.
Event filming
Night shooting on fast glass: edited frames and a vertical clip.
LED block
A light programme alongside the fire or instead of it — for covered venues.
Travel across the country
Travel, fuel and, for longer trips, accommodation. Fixed before signing.
Rehearsal on site
An advance visit for a survey and a run-through. Essential for complex scenes and large events.

Payment, discounts, cancellation
Why “from”?
The total depends on the venue, the length and the add-ons. We publish the lower bound honestly: the base format really is booked at that figure.
How does payment work?
A deposit holds the date, the balance is due on the day or by invoice. We work with individuals and by bank transfer with companies.
Do you provide closing documents?
Yes. Registered sole proprietorship with small-business status: contract, invoice and closing documents.
Do you give discounts?
Yes — on a season contract and for several events booked together. One-off discounts we give in exchange for filming rights and a testimonial: a price dropped for nothing devalues the work for both sides.
What if the event is cancelled?
Cancel two weeks or more in advance and the deposit is returned. If it moves, we move the booking at no cost.
