Tbilisi runs to a different rhythm: more corporate work, more enclosed halls and a completely different peak. Here we work year round, and December is planned from the autumn.

Tbilisi is our second base and the centre of the festival programme: part of the team is connected to Fire Fest Tbilisi, which is where the venues and the contacts come from.
The main difference from the coast: the seasons run in reverse. Batumi lives from May to October, the capital on December — corporate parties, New Year evenings, openings. Hall weddings run all year.
Most capital halls do not permit open flame, so LED is booked more often here. Indoors a synchronised light picture reads even better — no haze, no smell.

Halls, December, mountain season
Open flame isn't allowed in the hall. What can you offer?
The LED programme — pixel props and a synchronised light picture. Indoors it is our main format, and in impact it gives nothing away to fire.
How far ahead should we book a New Year party?
October. December is the busiest month: venues and performers alike are taken a month and a half ahead.
You're based in Batumi — how does travel work?
We work in Tbilisi regularly and part of the team is here permanently. For larger bookings the full team travels, and logistics are included in the quote in advance.
Do you work in Gudauri and Bakuriani?
Yes, the winter season is a separate line of work. New Year programmes at mountain hotels are booked from October or November.
