What the organiser gets
A finished block of the programme
An organiser closes dozens of tasks at once, so what they need from a contractor is predictability. We arrive with a rider, a safety plan and a clear running order — and do not become another problem.
The programme scales: from one eight-minute appearance to several blocks across the evening with different line-ups. For city events we prepare a version cleared with the venue's fire service.

How we come into an event
We discuss the event
Format, site, expected audience, running order. We say immediately what suits that stage.
We send the documents
Technical rider, safety plan, quote. Everything you need for approvals on your side.
We prepare the site
A survey, a rehearsal on location if needed, and coordination with the event's sound and lighting.
We perform
We run the blocks to the schedule. We film if that is part of the agreement.
Questions
Approvals, site, weather
Is fire-safety clearance required?
At city and large venues, usually yes. We provide a safety plan and fuel specifications, which is normally enough for approval. We'll tell you exactly what to submit.
What kind of site do you need?
For the full team, roughly 10 by 10 metres, with no low structures or fabric overhead and a safe zone to the front row. Exact figures are in the rider.
Do you work with municipal clients?
Yes. Registered sole proprietorship with small-business status: contract, invoice and closing documents. We have experience with city events.
Can fire and LED be combined in one programme?
Yes, and on a large stage it works especially well: the LED block as the opening, fire as the climax. The change of texture holds the audience.
What about rain?
Light rain is no obstacle, heavy rain is. We agree a fallback in advance: moving the block in the running order, or the LED version under cover.
